• Course enrollments cannot be cancelled once payment is made
• Registration fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable
• Study materials and course access fees are non-refundable
• No partial refunds will be provided for any reason

Special Circumstances

In case of exceptional circumstances (such as medical emergencies with proper documentation), the management may review individual cases for possible course transfer or credit for future courses. However, no cancellations or monetary refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
